How Is HTS Different Compared to Other General Contractors?
We want our subs to make money. So we’ve created an environment that promotes efficiency. When you work with HTS, your job site is clean and prepped. Projects are organized and well scheduled. And, we have an onsite presence. This guarantees any issues are resolved quickly.
Getting paid on time is a huge headache for many subcontractors. At HTS, we give down payments and cut checks upon completion after approval. We’re also one of the last companies to hand-deliver checks to each and every team member.
We also appreciate hearing from our team members. Every quarter we send a survey to our subs asking how we can improve and provide a better experience for you.

Meet Our Founder
Before founding HTS in 2020, Landon Hasson built a career in the construction industry. But it really all started as a boy. Growing up, Landon worked with his father learning the craft of remodeling and basement finishing.
In high school, he worked for Bangerter Homes and eventually joined a framing crew. Here, he gained a deep appreciation for the building process—and how his work impacts the tradesmen who follow.
Next, Landon started a handyman and remodeling business where he further refined his skills in the general construction space.
Today, Landon runs HTS—a successful company built on the principles and values he learned from his father and his career in the construction industry.
Landon is married with four awesome children. The Hasson family loves spending time outdoors and pizza-and-movie nights. “The Lord of the Rings” is a family favorite.
