What can you expect?
- Give us a call or simply fill out our inquiry form to discuss your project with our highly trained staff.
- Receive a call from our Sales Manager who will set an appointment to come do a walkthrough, take measurements, and discuss what your project dreams are.
- For smaller projects, receive an estimate which includes a detailed scope of work in 2-week. This will also include a projected start date and completion date.
- Receive a unique login for your project portal which will have your detailed project schedule and more. Download the app or use the desktop version to sign your contract.
- Our Sales Manager will do a walkthrough with you and our Project Manager to go over the scope of work. This ensures that all expectations are clear! We love this step!
- Your project starts! Using your client portal, you will be able to: see the timeline of your project, know when someone is coming to your home so you have as little disruption to your day-to-day life as possible, send questions to your project manager, have document storage for all project documents including estimate, contract, and any change orders, plus more!
